Was interviewing a project manager candidate today. Apparently smart guy. Speaks much. Polite. Listening is an improvement area. Fluency of communication is good.
Upon asking why do you think you should be working with us, he replied, “I believe this organization will take my career to the next level.”
I am sure one day he’ll understand that only he can take his career to the next level, not an external force…:)
